ASEAN Women’s Forum
“ASEAN Women Speak!”
Towards a more Progressive & People-centred ASEAN

9:00 am to 1:00 pm

22 April 2015, Wednesday

Auditorium MCA, 3rd Floor

The aim of the ASEAN Women’s Forum is to reflect on the progression of women’s rights at both the national and regional level over the past 10 years of ASEAN and to envision what we want to see over the next 10 years. The ASEAN Women’s Forum welcomes the participation of civil society organisations, media, and other actors. This event will serve as a space for women to discuss their reflections on the four overarching issues, which ASEAN should address.

Organised by: Asia Pacific Forum on Women, Law and Development (APWLD); Asian-Pacific Resource and Research Centre for Women (ARROW); International Women’s Rights Action Watch-Asia Pacific (IWRAW-AP); SouthEast Asia Women’s Caucus on ASEAN (Women’s Caucus); Women’s Aid Organisation (WAO)
