In our first episode of APWLD’s podcast, we talk to Ranja Sengupta from the Third World Network. She speaks about the impact of trade liberalization and Free Trade Agreements on women’s livelihood and why it matters. She argues that trade liberalization which affects the agricultural sector, intellectual properties, and public services, among others, would worsen women’s existing inequality.
