The Women’s Tribunal will put the WTO into a political trial, hearing testimonies and presenting evidence of the gross women human rights violations it has committed over the ten years of existence, through its trade policies, particularly its Agreements on Agriculture (AOA) and General Agreements on Trade and Services (GATS).

The Chief Presentor makes
the opening statement before the witnesses' testimonies. She will present the
summary of the cases and introduce the flow of the testimonies.
Witnesses
There are six (6)
cases to be presented. Each
case will have a witness who will testify and a presentor. The latter will
introduce the witness, the case and its context; assist the witness in
her testimony; and act as translator.
The testimonies will be
from 6 different countries – Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong,
Mongolia, Mexico
